These terms are an agreement between MySmyle Company for Information Technology - L.L.C ("MySmyle", "we") and the business that signs up for Chat2B (the "Customer"). By using Chat2B you accept them.
1. The service
Chat2B is a private team chat for a business's own staff. It is for business use only, and users must be 18 or older. We review new sign-ups and may decline them.
2. Accounts
The Customer decides who gets access and is responsible for everything done in its workspace. Each account is for one person. Keep passwords private and tell us if you suspect misuse.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Chat2B to break the law, harass anyone, send spam or harmful code, or try to access other accounts or our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Your content
The Customer owns its messages and files. We use them only to run the service. We do not sell them or use them for advertising. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
5. Plans and payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance every 30 days and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). VAT will be added if and when applicable.
- Fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
- If an invoice stays unpaid after the grace period, the workspace is paused. No data is deleted, and access returns once payment is made.
6. Cancellation
The owner can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Any user can delete their own account in the app or on our delete-account page.
7. Liability
Chat2B is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify owners of important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
