Delete your Chat2B account

Ask us to delete your account and the personal data linked to it.

Request account deletion

Email info@mysmyle.org from the address you use in Chat2B, with the subject "Delete my Chat2B account".

Send email

Faster in the app

Open Chat2B and go to Settings → Delete my account.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, email, job title, mobile number and photo.

What is kept

  • Messages you sent stay in the chat as "Deleted user", because they belong to your company's workspace.
  • Invoices for your company, as UAE tax law requires.
